多点电喷的原理

汽车发动机的电喷装置一般是由喷油油路、传感器组和电子控制单元三大部分组成的。如果喷射器安装在每个气缸的进气管上,即汽油的喷射是由多个地方(至少每个气缸都有一个喷射点)喷入气缸的,这就是多点电喷。


多点电喷在每个气缸盖上安装一个电磁喷油器,直接将燃油喷入进气歧管,再与流经进气歧管的空气流混合,当进气门 打开时,混合气体被吸入气缸。多点电喷与化油器式进气系统相比,而且从根本上解决了相邻气缸进气重叠而引起的配气不均匀,功率下降,油耗增加的问题,而且多点喷射发动机可以采用顺序喷射,因此空燃比的控制比单点喷射更精确,可以根据正时进行喷油,对喷油量、喷油时刻进行精确控制,所以多点喷射发动机的排放更好,更经济省油。
